NEET UG 2022 Answer Key:
NTA (National Testing Agency) will release NEET-UG 2022 (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) on its official website. The answer key contains the candidate's response in the exam and the correct answer to all the questions asked. In case of any wrong answers, the candidates can also challenge the official answer key with a fee of 1000/-. After considering the valid objection, NTA will revise the provisional NEET answer key 2022 incorporating the changes in it. In the second phase, the final answer key of NEET 2022 will be released.
Steps to Check NEET Answer Key:
- Visit the official website for NTA NEET.
- Click on “Candidate Login” tab present at left hand side of the page.
- Enter your login credentials – Application Number and Password.
- Once your account opens, you can view the Answer Key of your paper code only.
How to Calculate NEET Score?
Once the candidates have downloaded the NEET Answer Key and OMR Sheet, they can calculate the marks they have scored. To do so, candidates must first be aware of the marking scheme decided for the exam.
- +4 for every correct answer
- -1 for every incorrect answer
- No marks will be deducted for unattempted questions
After checking the answer key, candidates must note down the number of correct and incorrect answers that they have marked in the exam. The following formula shall be used to calculate your NEET Score
NEET Score = (Number of correct responses X 4) – (Number of correct responses X 1)
Steps to file objections against NEET answer key 2022:
- Go to the official website of NTA NEET
- Login using application number and password
- Click on “Key challenge”
- Now select the test booklet code
- Select the question number and click on “Submit”
- Now select the answer that you think is correct and give a justification for it
- Click “confirm”
- Pay the objection filing fee
- Save the confirmation slip for future reference
Raise objection against the answer key of NEET 2022
The provisional NEET 2022 answer key will be release on July. If a candidate does not agree with any given answer, he/she can file an objection against this answer key of NEET 2022. NTA will charge a non-refundable fee of Rs 1000 per question for submitting the objection. The fee has to be paid online after filling the objection form and can be remitted via Credit card/ Debit card/ net banking.
How to challenge the NEET 2022 OMR response sheet?
- Go to the official website of NTA NEET
- Login using application number and password
- Click on “OMR Challenge”
- To view the NEET 2022 response sheet, click “Click here to view your OMR Answer Sheet”
- To file an objection against the response sheet, click on “Click here for OMR Challenge”
- Select the answer that you feel is wrongly marked
- Submit the objection and pay the non-refundable fee online
- Save confirmation slip for future reference
File objection against the OMR response sheet of NEET 2022
NEET 2022 OMR response sheet will also be made available by NTA. This will be released along with the provisional answer key of NEET 2022 on July. It is advised that all the candidates check the OMR response sheet and compare the answers reflected in the sheet with those that they had marked on the exam day. If a candidate feels that the answers reflected in the NEET OMR response sheet are not what he/she had marked on the day of the examination, he/she can file an objection against the response sheet. A non-refundable fee of Rs 1000 has to be paid for the successful submission of the objection.

To prepare for NEET 2022, candidates are advised to solve the NEET question papers of previous years. Solving the NEET question papers will give the aspirants an edge over the others and will help them understand the NEET 2022 exam pattern. After solving these, candidates can match the answers with the official answer key of NEET for that set.
