Shiv Nadar University or SNU is serving the education world since 2011. This university is the center of undergraduate, graduate as well as doctorate level programs along various streams. The University is spread over 286 acres in the outskirts of NCR. There is a state-of-the-art campus facilitated with smart classrooms, libraries, sophisticated labs, conference rooms, sports facilities of international standards, auditoriums and amphitheaters, canteens, and hostels, etc. It comprises 5 schools and 24 departments are housed under these schools.

Shiv Nadar University offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs, and these courses are offered by the School of Engineering (SoE), School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SoHSS), School of Natural Sciences (SoNS), and School of Extended Education and Professional Development (SoEEPD), School of Management and Entrepreneurship (SME).

Shiv Nadar University Scholarships

It offers a bunch of merit scholarships to its students pursuing various programs basing on their scores on the last qualifying examination.

  • The student scoring a CGPA between 7.50 and 8.49 will be given a 20% scholarship or tuition fee waiver.
  • The students with a CGPA of 8.50 and above will be provided a 40% scholarship or tuition waiver.

Placement:

Shiv Nadar University has always given good placement statistics. The Placement Cell of SNU leads to the smooth conduction of the placement drive conducted by companies visiting. It guides the students to make career-related decisions by the counseling sessions. The placement cell also conducts some pre-placement talk which is two-way communication between recruiters and the students, where students get an insight about the company and can interact with the employers, written tests in order to judge the verbal ability, aptitude, reasoning, logical, and technical knowledge. The placement process includes registration for participating in the drive, then shortlisting the candidates by arranging a written test followed by an interview round. Besides lucrative jobs, some students are also given internship opportunities in order to give them exposure to the corporate world.
