JEE Main is one of the most popular entrance exams for the engineering stream. It is a national level exam. The exam will be conducted by the National Testing Agency(NTA). JEE Main has two papers, Paper-1 and Paper-2. Candidates have the option for choosing the papers. Paper 1 only for the admission to B.E/ B.Tech programme and Paper 2 is for admission to B. Arch and B. Planning course.

Stream B.E/ B. Tech, B. Arch and B. Planning
Mode Computer-based except B. Arch drawing test
Question Type MCQs (Multiple Choose Question) and NVT (Numerical Value Type)
Marking Scheme +4 marks for each correct answer, -1 mark for each wrong answer and No mark will be deducted for unanswered questions

1. Choose the Correct Study Material:

The most important thing about your IIT-JEE Preparation is the study materials. It's always important to choose the right study materials which cover all the syllabus appropriately. If your consciousness is directed towards JEE Main Preparation then it will lead to success.

4. Know the Exam  structure Properly:

The first important thing is, you must aware of the exam syllabus and pattern thoroughly. Only that thing will give you a proper idea about how you need to move forward.
