SMAT 2021 will be organized by IISM. This will be an online exam and the candidates will be able to sit for the exam from the comforts of their homes. The exam was held on 24th January, 2021.
SMAT 2021 Exam pattern
SMAT exam paper consists of five sections. There are a total of eighty questions that one needs to answer. The total time duration for the exam is 80 minutes. The Bachelor’s course applicants need to submit an essay at essay@iismworld.in within 2 days. Once the essay is evaluated, the candidates can give the SMAT 2021 exam online with a time limit of 80 minutes maximum. Overall performance of the candidate is based on the academic scores, along with sports achievements plus extra curriculars which holds an extra 20 marks.

Marking schemes
The marking scheme followed in SMAT 2021 is mentioned below:
- Two marks will be awarded to the candidates for every correct answer.
- No marks will be deducted for an incorrect answer.
- There will be no deduction of marks for un-attempted questions.
