Admission Process:

There are 6 schools, 8 departments, and 8 centers under the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology for offering various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programs. Admission to these courses is done on the basis of marks scored in the last qualifying examinations. It has a Center for Industrial Liaison and Placement (CILP) which is responsible for facilitating placement drives at TIET.
