Preparation Tips for NEET, JEE Aspirants

NEET-UG and JEE  Main are being conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The NEET-UG exam which is held for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses is going to be held on 1st August 2021.NTA  declared the exam date of NEET-UG officially. This year brings a change for JEE Main aspirants. JEE Main will be held in four-session (February, March, April, May). The number of attempting the exam has been increased multiple times for aspirants. JEE Main is held for admission to undergraduate engineering programs which are offered at Central and State engineering and technology institutes.

 

Since the NEET UG 2021 exam date has been declared, the interested aspirants who aspire to appear for the entrance exam are advised to keep visiting the official website for more updates. The registration for NEET will soon be started by NTA.

Here is a simple guide on how to prepare for the upcoming Exams:

1. Revise the syllabus
In the NEET UG exam, questions are asked from both class 11 and class 12 syllabus. The students are advised to go back to their NCERT Textbook and revised all chapters of Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. First understand all the concepts of these subjects and then move on to advanced books., check the Full syllabus 

2. Mock Test:

NTA provides on its website is the mock test for the different exams it conducts. Students can appear for a JEE Main mock test or a NEET UG mock test and gauge their level of preparation for the exam.

3. IIT-PAL videos :
Students can access IIT-PAL videos from the official NTA website. IIT-PAL videos have been created by IIT professors and cover topics in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology. The video lectures will help clarify concepts. The videos can be used by both JEE Main and NEET UG aspirants for preparation.

4. E-Learning:

Students also have the option to study using the SWAYAM platform or watch video lectures on the SWAYAM Prabha channel. These platforms have courses of secondary and higher/senior secondary levels and will help students with the topics studied in classes 11 and 12.

5. Add relaxation to your study time table

While you prepare time table for NEET-UG 2021 exam, make sure you keep few hours for relaxation. Studying without break can take a toll on your mental health. Do some form of exercise or yoga, listen to music, play with your friends.

6. Room for Improvement

NEET, JEE Main is a challenging exam. Solving NEET, JEE exam paper can help aspirants to peep into their own insights with subject knowledge and hence the level of their preparation. By practicing NEET, JEE sample papers candidates can know their weak and strong areas of a subject. Knowing their strength and weaknesses gives them a direction to their preparation as they can know where to put more effort. It can help them improve and complete the entire paper with speed and accuracy.

7. Turn Weaknesses into Your Strengths

Assessing individual strengths and weaknesses is crucial while preparing for competitive exams like NEET, JEE Main. Solving sample papers will give the candidates a clear picture of the topics or sections which they are strong or weak. This will help them to concentrate on the weaker areas and strengthen the areas which they are already good at.

By solving the NEET model question paper, candidates will gain confidence and will be prepared to face the actual exam without any problem.
