JEE Main 2021 February Session Exam Analysis

JEE Main 2021 February session has now concluded from 23rd February 2021 to 26th February 2021. Students have also got their scores for the February session. Every year Lakhs of aspirants take this exam to try their fate in the eminent institutions of the country for the undergraduate program.JEE Main is conducted for admission into three courses which are engineering, architecture, and planning. The exams are conducted in Paper 1(B.E/B.Tech) and Paper 2(B.Arch and B.planning).

JEE Main 2021 will be conducted in 4 sessions, February, March, April, May. Second session or the March Session will be conducted between 16th and 18th March 2021. All the session will have two shifts. The morning shift is conducted from 09.00 AM - 12.00 PM and the afternoon shift is conducted from 03.00 PM - 6.00 PM.

 

Below is the entire analysis of JEE Main Date wise

23rd February 2021

JEE Main 2021 was conducted in online mode by NTA which were for B.Arch and B.Planning. A total of 11,18,673 candidates had applied for JEE Main 2021. Out of which 1,38,409  candidates appeared for B.Arch and 59,003 for the B.Planning exam. The exam was conducted with all Covid-19 protocols, and wearing a mask is mandatory in and out of the exam centre.  The exam was conducted in 2 shifts. The overall paper level was easy in both the shifts. Most of the questions were based on the NCERT text. Mathematics paper was a bit tricky and was of moderate level. The general awareness questions in both shifts were mostly 2018 events related. Overall, Shift 1 & Shift 2 on the 1st Day JEE Main February 2021 was easy.
 
24th February 2021

NTA conducted JEE Main 2021 on the 24th February in online mode which was for B.E/B.tech. across 331 test cities of India and 10 test centers abroad. The question paper was a bit easier as compared to the previous year. Most of the questions were direct or formula-based questions. Most of the questions in Chemistry were from NCERT textbooks, and the Physics section had questions from the most important topics. There were a good number of questions from the Class 11th NCERT syllabus. 
 
25th February 2021

Again the papers in both the shifts were as moderately difficult. Questions were majorly asked from 12th syllabus.

JEE Main 2021 has been conducted on February 25 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM which was for admission in B.Tech. The exam pattern of JEE Main 2021 has been revised, and there were total 90 question. There are ten numerical questions from each section (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics), and the candidates have to answer any five from each section.

Physics Questions were mostly conceptual and the paper was moderate in difficulty level. Chemistry paper was easy to moderate as the questions were asked mostly from the organic topic but the Numeral questions were a bit difficult.Mathematics section was difficult. Most of the questions were from Integration, Probability, Matrices, etc.
 
26th February 2021

In JEE Main 2021 4th day, most of the questions were from CBSE text book. The mathematics section has a bit lengthy questions. But physics questions were easy to attempt. The chemistry section was easiest among all.
