Commerce offers a well-structured course with which you can start your career. After you complete your class 12 with Commerce, you will have a host of courses to choose from. We have compiled a list of some of the best courses that you can pursue after you pursue Commerce in class 12 level.

Chartered Accountancy (CA)

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India offers professional courses to students after completing their class 12 level exams. It consists of different levels. Students have to clear one level so that you can apply for the next level. The difficulty level of CA is higher than the other Bachelors's degree offered by colleges. Passing the CA exam will help you to bag a good job. It is one of the highest salaries that a student pursuing a commerce stream can get.

Subjects that are included in this course are Taxation, Accounting, Auditing and Assurance, Advanced Accounting, Ethics and Communication, Cost Accounting and Financial Management, Business Laws, Corporate and other Laws, Information Technology and Strategic Management, etc.

Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

This is a professional course that is offered by The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. This is similar to the CA and CS courses. The curriculum consists of different levels and the students have to clear the rounds like they do in CA or CS. Students are required to get an education in subjects like laws and ethics, cost and management accounting, fundamentals of commercial and industrial laws to excel in the field.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)

This is the most common course that a student pursuing commerce opts for. This is a three-year degree course and students are taught subjects like Statistics, Accountancy, Human Resource, Management, and Economics, and so on. Based on the scores that you have got in your class 12 board examinations, you can get enrolled in the colleges. B.Com is not very difficult and one can pursue other specialization courses along with it to further their career.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

BBA is a three-year undergraduate course where students can gain knowledge on business principles and administration. Different aspects of business and methodologies are taught to the students. They are also taught corporate operations. This course is best for those students who want to run their own businesses or want to join companies and require all the skills and expertise from the beginning.

Company Secretary (CS)

The CS or Company Secretary course is under The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). This is ideal for those students who have an interest in theoretical courses in law. Like the CA course, one has to pass each level to reach the final CS Professional Program category. The course enables you to understand the legal purposes and agreements of the different companies. The candidate can earn senior-level positions in the company.

Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

The Financial Planning Standards Board India (FPSB) is the administrating and supervising body for this professional course. If you have an interest in financial planning and related subjects like taxes, retirement, estate planning, then this is perfect for you.

Bachelor of Economics

This three-year degree course is the other alternative opening for students after they complete their 12 board exams. The students learn about the analytical methods and financial concepts in this course. For students having an interest in economics, this is a good option as they can get the required knowledge and skills for understanding the subject.

Subjects taught in this course are econometrics, history of economics, microeconomics and macroeconomics, statistics, political economy, and so on.

These are the best career options that you can opt for after you complete class 12 with Commerce. Before deciding the course, sort out your interest, decide which career you want to pick, and then choose the course.
