NEET correction window to end tomorrow by NTA (National Testing Agency) . The correction window facility will be available till January 31, 2020. All the modification needs to be done in the correction window because there will be no further facility to be available for the candidates to make any changes.
Changes to be made if any:
Registered applicants have been already notified by authorities via mail regarding any kind of errors in the uploaded passport size photograph, left-hand thumb impression or signature. The email clearly specifies the particular details that need to be rectified by the candidates. These must be immediately corrected within a week after receiving the mail. The candidates need to edit and submit the application form within specified time period in order to receive NEET 2020 admit card.
Personal Details: All students are advised to check all the details entered in the application form including:
1- Date of birth
2- Spelling of their name
3- Father’s name
4- Mother’s name and so on
The details must tally with the identification card used at the time of examination. Discrepancy in the details may prevent the candidates from appearing for the examination.
Difference in documents (Class 10 passing certificate, caste certificate, etc.) may also lead to cancellation of the candidature at the time of admission.
Choice of Examination Centre:
Candidates can also check and update the choice of examination city and centre filled in the application form. Candidates can also change the choice of examination city during the correction window.
Steps to correct window:
Step 1:
log in to the official website; ntaneet.nic.in
Step 2:
Enter the NEET registration number and password in the NEET candidate login 2020 option.
Step 3:
Click on ‘Correction in NEET application form 2020’
Step 4:
Students can make the desired changes in the application form and click on ‘Preview’ to assess the application form before submitting the form.
Step 5:
After being sure about the details entered, click on ‘Submit’.
Step 6:
Enter the OTP number (One Time Password) that will be sent on your registered mobile for completing the process.
Step 7:
Candidates are advised to print the confirmation slip which will appear on the screen for further their future convenience
