With proper preparation tips about GPAT 2021, a candidate appearing for the exam will be able to score good marks in the entrance test. This is a national level entrance exam that is organized for enrolling students to PG Pharmacy courses in different institutes.

Understanding the concepts

Having clarity of concepts is very important for any candidate applying for this exam. One needs to understand the basic concepts to avoid any confusion during the exam.

Make an effective plan

Before you execute any action, plan well. This also refers to planning for the exam as well. Before starting the preparation, make an effective plan that you will follow daily. Follow the plan and this will increase the chance of getting good marks in the entrance test.

Draft a routine

The exam preparation also includes making a study routine and sticking to it. In this way, one will be able to give more focus on subjects that they are weak in. One must always follow the routine and never waste their time.

Understand the pattern of the exam

Check the pattern of the exam before you begin preparing for it. This will save you time that you otherwise would have spent in preparing for topics that might not be relevant for the exam. Instead check the pattern and then practise accordingly.

Solve sample papers

Solving previous year’s question papers is a good way of cracking the exam. One will understand the difficulty level of the exam and also the kind of questions that they can expect in the exam. They can also analyze their performance by solving the question papers. 

Attempt mock tests

This will help you to understand their speed and accuracy levels. Speed and accuracy matter in these kinds of entrance exams. They will also be familiar with the question patterns.

Prepare short notes

One must prepare short notes during preparation. Note down all the important points in one place. This helps during revision before the exam.

GPAT questions

The test will be conducted in English language in the online mode. The questions will be multiple choice ones. One needs to answer 125 questions in 3 hours. A candidate will get 4 marks for correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

GPAT admit card

The admit card is available on the official website from 14th February. The admit card has also been mailed to the registered email id of the candidate. The admit card contains details like name of the candidate, roll number, name of the father, date of birth, category, gender, test date and time, venue name and address, reporting time at the venue, photograph, signature and instructions.
