NTA Conducting authority of NEET-UG 2020 has changed as many as 40 exam centers across 15 states. However, the exam date remains unchanged i.e. 13th Septemeber 2020, 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Further, the total number of exam centers has been increased from 2546 to 3843 to tackle travel restrictions and social distancing norms. The change in the exam center has been done to ensure the safety of the aspirants in this COVID-19 Pandemic period.
NTA has also advised the students not to panic in these situations and safely relocate themselves to the nearest place of their exam centers. Moreover, NTA will inform all the affected students whose exam centers have been changed, through SMS, e-mail, or a telephonic call. In addition to it, the concerned aspirants have to download a fresh new NEET 2020 admit card with the new exam center name on it.

Recent Changes:
- A total of 48 Exam Centers have been changed.
- Concerned Candidates need to relocate to the nearest locality of the exam center so that they will not be affected by the transportation problem.
- The change in exam center has been brought in across 15 states that are mentioned below:

Important Note:
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET-UG is the entrance examination for students who wish to take admission into various medical courses in different government and private medical colleges of India. The entrance was named as All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) which is now replaced with NEET-UG. Earlier different medical colleges and, states used to conduct admission on their own. The exam is conducted once in a year.
