1. Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi IIT, Delhi)

Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi is the most prestigious IIT among all the IIT's and also one of the best colleges in India. It is located at Hauz Khas in South Delhi. IIT Delhi is one of the best engineering colleges in India, along with the other 14 IITs. IIT Delhi offers education in various fields such as engineering, arts, humanities, applied sciences, etc. The courses offered by IITD in the above fields range from undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and research programs. Here extracurricular activities are organized throughout the year; some of these activities include Tech fest, sports meet, annual functions, robotics competition, etc. IIT Delhi fees structure of B.Tech for one year is 1.18 lakhs. Once you get the IIT tag, it will be easier for you to get a good job.

2. Delhi Technological University, Delhi

Delhi Technological University, Delhi, is previously known as Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) is located on Bawana Road Shahabad Daulatpur, New Delhi. However, DTU being one of the historic engineering colleges in India provides world-class education facilities. It was given the status of the state university and renamed as Delhi Technological University in the year 2009. DTU offers undergraduate engineering degrees in 15 courses under 13 departments subjected to the discipline. It provides robust Training and Placement department, which sets very high standards in the training and placement of the students. DTU charges 1.5 lakh per year, which increases every year for the new student.

3. Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi

Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) Delhi is an autonomous college under the government of NCT (Delhi) that is located in sector-3, Azad Hind Fauj Marg, in Dwarka in South West Delhi. Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology is affiliated to the University of Delhi and approved by AICTE New Delhi. This institute offers six courses in the graduate engineering discipline and different courses related to a postgraduate degree in an engineering discipline. Moreover, it also offers doctoral and many other short term courses. This college provides major facilities including labs and workshops, well spacious and ventilated lecture halls with audio-visual aids, an in-house library with a diverse collection of books and journals, a computer centre with internet facility, seminar hall. Here fee structure varies from 1.5 lakh to 2 lakh per year.  

4. Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) New Delhi is one of the 12 central universities in India, as the college is accredited under Central Universities Act, 2009. This college is located at Jam Nagar in New Delhi. The institute was built during the British Governance in the year 1920. The name Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) can be defined as National University because 'Jamia' means a university, and 'Millia' means national. In the year 1988, JMI became a public central university by an act of Indian Parliament.  A large number of undergraduate and doctoral courses are offered in specialized fields of science, arts, engineering, management, commerce, law, medical, nursing, and foreign languages. It provides quality education to students all over the country. JMI New Delhi has a separate training and placement department for managing placement related activities. The top recruiters of the college include world-class companies like Nokia, IBM, Cisco, HTL, etc. Here B. Tech ranges from INR 10,850 per annum to INR 34,600 per annum, which is very much affordable. 

5. Amity School of Engineering & Technology, Delhi

Amity School of Engineering & Technology (ASET) Delhi is a private engineering college located at Najafgarh Kapashera Road, Dalmia Vihar New Delhi. It is established in the year 1999 and offers six graduate courses under the engineering discipline. This college is financed and managed by the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF). The courses offered by the college are approved by AICTE and affiliated to GGSIPU Delhi. The major activities at ACET include Social and Cultural events, Sports events, Tech Fest, Debate, Annual Fest, guest lectures, workshops, etc. ACET Delhi consists of a team of highly qualified members having rich experience in training and placement related activities. The top recruiters of the college include Accenture, Cisco, Facebook, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, HSBC, Bajaj Allianz. ASET charges 2.18 lakhs per year.

6. Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering, (DITE

Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering, (DITE) Delhi, was established in the year 2007. Campus 1 and 2 are located at Wazirpur industrial area (Delhi), and Okhla industrial area, Phase-II (New Delhi) respectively. This college is offering two B.tech programs in tool engineering and Mechatronics and M.tech program in tool engineering. DIET also offers a four-year diploma course in tool and die making. DIET has equipped labs and workshops, spacious and ventilated classrooms, the well-stocked library having good collection books and journals, and a subscription to leading newspapers and magazines that gives the students many advantages. This college has well established centralized Training and Placement department consisting of highly experienced and dedicated faculty members. The fee structure of DITE is 75000 per annum.

7. National Institute of Technology, [NIT] New Delhi

National Institute Of Technology, Delhi (NIT Delhi) is regarded as one of the best engineering colleges located in Delhi. NIT's long tech fest of NIT Delhi is organized in the month of March every year; also, Saptarang, a day-long cultural fest of NIT Delhi, is organized in the month of January every year. The placement record is very good. In 2019, around 99% of the students had got placed, and the remaining 1% were those who were either not interested or had poor CGPA scores. The course fee at NIT Delhi is less than 1 lakh per annum. This college was constructed in the year 2019 and was declared as an institute of National Importance by An Act of Parliament of India. NIT Delhi is the most prestigious college among all the 31 National Institute of Technology in India. The college offers Under Graduate engineering programs in three branches i.e., Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics engineering.

8. Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi

Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi is popularly known as IIIT which is located at Okhla Phase-III, in New Delhi. In 2008, it was established as a state university by an act of Delhi Government with the support of the Government of NCT of Delhi. Various courses under the graduate and postgraduate degrees are offered for the engineering discipline. Tech Fest, Sports Event, Social and Cultural event, Dramatics, etc. conducted by the college. The Training and Placement Cell of the college is managed by highly experienced staff. The top recruiters of the college include big companies like Adobe, Amazon, Facebook, Infosys, Microsoft, TCS. Here the Tuition Fee (incl. Campus Maintenance) is 1,75,000 per semester.

9. Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research, Delhi

Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research (AIACTR) is an engineering college located at Geeta Colony in East Delhi. The college has all the modern facilities, and it is spread over 8.5 acres. AIACTR offers two courses under the graduate degree of engineering with an intake capacity of 180 students. The major facilities provided by it include equipped labs and workshops, spacious and ventilated rooms, the library having 20168 volumes of books and journals, and a subscription to leading magazines and newspapers. This college invites many reputed organizations to visit the campus and recruit the students at a good salary package. Some of the top recruiters in this college include Microsoft, NIIT, Infosys, Microsoft, TCS, Samsung. It is a government college. That's why the fee is so less i.e., 35000 per annum.

10. Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, Delhi

Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering (BVCOE) is one of the top engineering colleges located at Paschim Vihar, New Rohtak Road, New Delhi. The campus is an eco-friendly environment spreading over 5acres of land. This college offers five courses under the graduate degree of engineering, with an intake capacity of 360 students. The activities organized in this college include social and cultural events, tech fest, sports event, guest lecturers from eminent personalities, workshops annual day, etc. BVCOE provides an active Training and Placement Cell, which helps the students in their placement and training and also on extracurricular matters.
