Admission Process

For Diploma/B.E/B.TECH: The top colleges in India offer admission into Diploma/B.tech in Automotive Engineering on the basis of marks secured in a particular entrance exam. However, some institutions conduct their own entrance exams and there are also some institutions that offer admission on the merit basis of merit i.e. performance/marks secured in 10th and +2.

For M.E/M.TECH: There are many colleges that offer M.tech in the Automotive Engineering course directly on the basis of academic marks secured in B.E/B.Tech. However, the top institutions have an entrance based admission process, it can be any one of the national level entrances like JEE Main, GATE, or like BITSAT that is conducted by the institution itself. In this process of admission, the aspirants who have cleared the cut-off margin are only eligible. After this, a round of counseling is conducted by the college where eventually the candidate is admitted.
