IBPS PO exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) to select the eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of PO/MT (Probationary Officers/Management Trainee). The recruitment process for the IBPS PO exam consists of three steps including the Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview Process. Candidates will be selected for the mains examination on the basis of the marks obtained in the preliminary exam. Selected candidates of the IBPS PO mains exam will be called for an Interview to be organized by any of the 11 participating banks in India.
