SRMJEEE or SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam is a common test that is held annually. This is hosted by SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) for enrolling students to B. Tech courses at all the campuses. The students have to get scores that are equal or more than the cut-offs mentioned for securing a seat at the participating colleges of SRMJEEE.

SRMIST has released SRMJEEE application form on 12th December 2020. The exam dates however were announced on 1st March 2021.

Pattern
SRMIST has revised the exam pattern for SRMJEEE 2021. The exam had previously three sections-Physics, Mathematics/Biology and Chemistry. Now two more sections have been added- English and Aptitude.
The questions on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology will depend on the candidate’s subject selection. However for subjects like Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering and Genetic Engineering, questions will be asked from Biology and not from Mathematics.
