Since 1979 Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) which is located in Bangalore serves various academic courses under various subjects. Dayanand Sagar College is an approved and recognized institution by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and also by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It functions under the affiliation of the Visvesvaraya Technological University. Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) is a private and autonomous college and the Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Trust (MGVPT) is the governing organization of the college.
