KLE University was established in 1979 in Belgaum in the Karnataka state of India. The university has accredited AICTE and NAAC with ‘A’ Grade. The university is famous for the wide range of hospitality courses that includes a total of 64 courses across 9 streams namely Medical, Nursing, Vocational, Hotel Management, Paramedical, Dental, Pharmacy, Performing Arts, Science under across 15 degrees like MBBS, BSc, BFA, BAMS, BPT. Hostel facility is available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as Auditorium, Canteen, Computer Lab, Convocation Hall, Hospital, Library, Medical Facilities, Placement, Sports, are also there.

The extensive 100-acre campus of the KLE University has an excellent infrastructure and learning resources that provide a stimulating and contemporary learning ambiance. It has a well-furnished accommodation facility for over 2000 boys and girls. Admission:

KLE Academy of Higher Education & Research offers UG and PG courses in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Ayurveda, Hotel Management, Music, Biostatistics, Psychology, Allied Health Science, courses include B.Sc., BPH, M.Sc., MPH, MHA, and Fellowship Programs.
It also includes some PG Diploma, Certificate Courses, and Music Courses. The admissions to various Medicine and Dentistry courses are done by NEET-UG and NEET PG exam scores. Admissions into other courses like Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Ayurveda, Hotel Management, Music, Biostatistics, Psychology and Public Health is through the merit of the qualifying exam and the Department of Physiotherapy seeks admission through interview.

B. Pharma Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with min 40% marks with  Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and either mathematics, computer science, biotechnology, biology, technical-vocational or PC & electronics subjects as optional subjects. 90
B.Sc Hotel Management Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with min 45% from a recognized board  
B.Sc. Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with min 45% from a recognized board 40
MD
(General Medicine, Pediatrics, Skin and VD, Anaesthesiology, Radio-Diagnosis, Pulmonary Medicine, Psychiatry

The candidate must have completed his/her Bachelors i.e MBBS. But the final selection is based on the NEET PG score.

MS Candidates must have passed MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI + Rotating Internship recognized by MCI, along with a valid NEET PG score. 12
M.Sc The candidate must have completed his/her bachelor's degree in a relevant subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. 40  
PhD The candidate should be a master's degree holder in the relevant field.   Merit followed by an Interview round
