Why GITAM University is the King of Higher Studies?

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, which is popularly known as GITAM was established in the year 1980 under the guidance of Dr. M. V. V. S. Murthi, who is a philanthropist of fame. The university is located in Andhra Pradesh. GITAM strongly follows the principles of Mahatma Gandhi who always had opinions for the betterment of education as an extremely important means for every individual. Later in 2007, the university got the "Deemed to be University” Tag.

The university got approval from the University Grant Commission (UGC) and was also accredited with NAAC 'A+' Grade. It is one of the front row universities of AP for providing education. It is an ISO-certified deemed university and also got approved by AICTE. GITAM University invited meritorious students to take admission into various courses provided in the field of Engineering, Management, Arts, Architecture, Science, and Pharmacy.

It has 6 sister schools such as the School of Science and the School of Humanities & Social Sciences, the School of Technology, Hyderabad Business School, School of Pharmacy, School of Architecture. B.Pharm 4 Years Students must have completed their 10+2 in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology with 50% marks in aggregate. GAT/JEE Main
BCA 3 Years Students must have passed 10 +2 or any equivalent examination. Approved by GITAM with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. UGAT
BBA 3 Years Students must have secured 50% in aggregate in 10+2 or Intermediate from a recognized Board With Mathematics / Statistics as compulsory subjects UGAT
B.Com 3 Years Students must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in Pre-University / Higher Secondary / 10+2 / Intermediate Examination from any recognized board or council. UGAT
B.Sc 3 Years Candidates with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at Intermediate / +2 with a minimum of 50% marks. UGAT
LLB 3 Years Candidate should have passed his/her higher secondary school/ intermediate examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50 marks in aggregate (45 % in case of SC/ ST and persons with disability) UGAT
BA 3 Years Students must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in Pre-University / Higher Secondary / 10+2 / Intermediate Examination in any discipline or equivalent from any recognized board or council. UGAT
MBBS 5 Years Students must have completed their 10+2 with at least 50% marks in PCB is desired. NEET UG
M.Tech/M.Sc 2 Years Students must have passed in Intermediate or equivalent examination approved by GITAM with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. GAT
MBA 2 Years Candidates must carry a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline GAT/CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/ TS ICET
MCA 3 Years Students must have passed in any degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and Mathematics/Statistics at +2 level or degree level or equivalent examination. GAT
LLM 2 Years Students must have passed in Intermediate or equivalent examination approved by GITAM with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. LSAT/CLAT
