The VMU EEE 2021 Examination is valuable for those seeking admission in the undergraduate courses of engineering popularly organized by the Vinayaka Mission University. This is the initial step of taking admission and the final allotment of seats is carried out during the counseling round of the selection procedure. Vinayaka Mission University Engineering Entrance Exam is commonly known as VMU EEE. VMU EEE 2021 is the gateway between students and their desire to enroll in B.E. or B.Tech and so the admissions are held on the basis of the scores in this examination. The admission to various undergraduates, postgraduate and research programs offered by the University is done based on appropriate All India Level VMU EEE 2021 conducted by the University every year and so examination is basically for engineering. The VMU EEE 2021 Exam will be organized by the Vinayaka Mission University so as to offer admissions in the undergraduate courses of engineering. Several colleges are associated with this VMUEEE 2021 Exam and consider the scores so as to give the admission to the respected college so any candidate gets admissions by good scores in the exam.

Proper knowledge of exam pattern is ideal for a good preparation for the exam. So the students are requested to carefully analyze the exam pattern to avoid any confusion in the preparation time and have a good knowledge of the question pattern. Knowing the exam pattern also helps the student to manage time during exams.

Important Note:

  • The candidates who want to study courses other than Biology-based branches are required to write the Mathematics Test.
  • Those Candidates who are interested in the B.Arch course will have to appear for a separate test based on Mathematics and Aptitude.


The cut-off of the VMU EEE 2021 will be released on its official website. The students are requested to keep regular up-date with the website in order to not miss any kind of information. The student can check the University cutoff by logging in their registration/roll number and date of birth. After submitting the details the website will show all the cutoff related information to the student. 

There are many factors that affect the determination of Cut-off:

  • Total no.of students who appeared the examination
  • The total no.of seats available in the college
  • Performance of the students in the entrance
  • Previous year cut-off


The application form of VMU EEE 2020 can be obtained via three modes - Online, Post or in Person.


  • The candidates need to fill the application form for VMU EEE 2021 on the designated sales center and pay the fee.
  • Send the VMU EEE 2021 application form to the designated address.

By Post:

  • The candidate can purchase the VMU EEE 2021 application form from the desired centers to add the details required.
  • Send the VMU EEE 2021 application form and the demand draft to the administration office of the university.
  • The candidate will be charged extra postal charges for this.


  • The candidate can go to the Official VMU EEE 2021 Website and find the link to the application form and fill it up online.
  • The candidate needs to fill the online application form from the website.
  • The candidate needs to upload the necessary document if required.
  • Once if u submit the details, the candidate will receive the confirmation regarding the status of your application form.

VMU EEE 2021 Application Fee:

  • The application fees for VMU EEE 2020 will be INR 2000 before the due date.
  • The fee can be made through an online Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card and through DD in favor of Vinayaka Mission University payable at Salem or Chennai.

VMU EEE 2021 Counseling:

The counseling of VMU will be held after the result is declared. The students who have qualified with eligible cut off marks will be invited for the counseling process. The merit list is published on its official website by the last week of MAY or the first week of April. The university will also publish the list of students' names who are eligible for the counseling process on their official website. The students who have qualified the exam will be intimated by the university through email on the registered email id the student.

The organizing body will declare the result on its official college website. The students are requested to keep regular up-date with the website in order not to miss the result. The applicants can check their results on the official website by submitting their roll number and date of birth. The merit list for the students will be prepared based on the results announced.

  • Click the result tab in the home page
  • On the next page enter the valid details like your Roll number and Date of Birth.
  • The result will be now displayed on the screen.
  • Download and print the result for future reference. 

VMU EEE 2021 Answer key:

The answer key for the VMU EEE 2021 will be released within a week or two, after completion of the exam. The Answer Key can be downloaded from the University's official website. The students can go through the answer key and compare their answers. This helps the students to realize the accuracy of their answers.
If there is any complaint regarding the answer key the student can contact the university officials through the mail and can raise a complaint regarding the same. 

 Steps to download Answer Key:

  • Visit the official website of VMU (https://vinayakamission.com/)
  • Click on the Answer key Notification tab
  • The answer key will be displayed on the screen in PDF format
  • Download the PDF file of the Answer key and take a print of it for future use.

If there is any kind of complaint regarding the answer key then the students can challenge the answer key by raising a complaint regarding the same to the organizing authority within the stipulated date. If there is any kind of error in the answer key then the organizing committee will revise the answer key and publish the final answer key on its official website after the needful re-correction is done.


VMU also releases the eligibility criteria online on its official website for the student's assistance. In order to avoid any confusion in the eligibility criteria, all the aspiring students are requested to go through the eligibility criteria very carefully. Any student who is found, not qualifying the eligibility criteria will be not be allowed to participate in the admission process. 

The eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

Age 17 years as on or before 31 December of the current year of admission


50% in 12th Standard


Indian only

BE (full time)

The student should have these as compulsory subjects in 12th: 

Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology/Technical Vocational with minimum aggregate of 45% marks in aggregate.

 (40% marks for reserved category candidates)

BE (part-time)

Diploma in the relevant field.

Minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm/ Company/ Industry/ Educational and/ Government, Autonomous Organizations in the related field

B.Tech (lateral entry)

Diploma in relevant branch with at least 45% marks. (40% marks for reserved category candidates)

B.Sc candidates must have studied and passed in Mathematics at 10+2 level.

B.Sc candidates must clear the subjects Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first-year engineering programme along with the second year subjects.

A: The total duration of the exam is 3 hours.

A: The student should not be less than 17 years of age during the year of registration as per 31st December.

Q: If a student wants to opt for other than Biology based branches, does he/she need to give a separate special exam for it?
A: If a student opts for branches other than Biology then he/she has to give a special exam in Mathematics.

Q: Does any student need to give a special test for B.Arch Degree?
A: Yes in order to read B.Arch in this University the student needs to give a sperate test of  Mathematics and Aptitude test. 

Q: What is the minimum eligible marks for the entrance?
A: The minimum marks for graduation is 50%.
