GATE COAP round 5 seat allotment offers has been announced by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. Candidates can now check their seat allotment status from the COAP 2020. Candidates will have to confirm their offer by July 16 failing which their allotted seat (if any) will be deemed rejected.
Candidates must be known to the fact that round 5 is a decision-making round that is candidates have only two options, accept and freeze or reject and wait (reject).
Candidates who accept the reject and wait for the option will be eligible for participation in the additional rounds of counselling. The COAP additional rounds, namely Round A, B, C and D will be organised from July 22 to August 13 as per the schedule released.
The choices filled by candidates in initial rounds will be considered for seat allotment in additional rounds. Once the candidates have selected any of the choices they can not modify it further for the COAP additional rounds.
Note: Candidates do not need to register or enter choice separately for the additional rounds of counselling.
