KEE 2021 Exam Pattern:

Candidates must know the exam pattern before appearing in the exam. KEE 2021 is conducted in online mode and contains negative marking. All the questions asked will be multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Physics, Chemistry, and general aptitude are common subjects, while for B.Tech in Biotechnology, Biology is added instead of Mathematics. Check the mark distribution from the tables given below.

KEE 2021 Cut Off:

The cut off is the minimum mark required by the candidates to be eligible for the counselling and admission procedure. The cut off is decided by the exam conducting authorities of KEE 2021. The students have to secure as same as the cut-off or more than that to qualify the entrance exam. The candidates will be selected as per the cut off mark and the selected candidates will be intimated for the counselling session.

KEE 2021 Application Form:

Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences releases the KEE 2021 application form in online mode at its official website. Eligible candidates can submit their EOI Form (Expression Of Interest) and choose the course they are applying for. After successfully submitting the form, you will get an email and SMS that will contain your Application Number and Password.

KEE 2021 Counselling:

The Counselling procedure for KEE 2021 (Karunya Entrance Examination) starts soon after the declaration of the result. Candidates who will clear the cut-off will be invited to the counselling process. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic this year, the counselling process is going to be held in online mode. Candidates need to arrange all the necessary documents required for counselling. 

Documents Required:

Candidates must keep ready the following documents during the counselling process:

  • KEE 2021 Admit card
  • Provisional enrollment letter
  • 10th and 12th mark sheets
  • Migration and Transfer Certificate
  • Adhaar Card
  • Community Certificate issued by Tehsildar, Revenue Officer or Magistrate (Attested)
  • 4 recent passport size photographs
  • Ration Card as residence proof
  • Proof of Jesus Calls Young Partner (if applicable)
  • Christian Minority Certificate (if applicable)
  • Income Certificate for the financial year 2018-2019
  • DD (Demand Draft) of the tuition fee (Rs 50,000/-) drawn in favour of  “The Registrar, Karunya University” payable at Coimbatore.

KEE 2021 Result:

Candidates need to provide their application number and registered mobile number to check their result. The result will only be available in online mode, no offline result will be published. As per result, the authorities will create a merit list who will be invited to the counselling.

KEE 2021 Answer Key:

Karunya Institute of Technology and Science releases the KEE Answer Key on its official website soon after the exam is conducted. The answer key released will be provisional and will contain correct answers to all the questions asked. Candidates can predict their score with the help of this answer key. Those candidates who have any accusations towards any particular answer/answers can challenge them by paying a certain fee. The fee will be refunded if the challenge is found correctly. After considering all the challenges, the authorities will release the final answer key.

Steps to Challenge the Answer key:

After the answer key is released, candidates can challenge any answer they do not find relevant. They have to pay a certain amount of fee for each question they challenge and the money will be refunded if their challenge is correct. A candidate can challenge through the following process:

  • Click "Click to Challenge the Answer Key"
  • Choose your question to challenge
  • Click "Save your claims"
  • Upload the required documents
  • Pay the fee 

KEE 2021 Eligibility:

Candidates who need to apply for KEE 2021 need to go through the eligibility criteria set by the Karunya Institute of Technology and Science. There are different eligibility criteria for different courses. The application form will get canceled if the candidate doesn't qualify the criteria. The detailed eligibility criteria for different courses are given below:

Educational Qualification:

For regular B.Tech courses/branches:

  • Candidates must have passed class 12th or its equivalent from a recognized board in the first attempt. 
  • Those appearing for class 12th or its equivalent board exam can also apply.
  • Candidates must have scored a minimum aggregate mark of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

For B.Tech in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology and Food Processing Engineering:

  • Candidates must have passed class 12th or its equivalent from a recognized board in the first attempt. 
  • Those appearing for their class12th or its equivalent board exam can also apply.
  • Candidates must have scored a minimum aggregate mark of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics/Computer Science/Botany/Zoology.

For B.Tech Lateral Entry:

  • Candidates must have completed the Diploma course with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate
  • Candidates having B.Sc. degree with a minimum mark of 60% can also apply

Age Limit:
The candidate should not be the age of 21 or more as of 1st July 2020 for all programs.
