IMU CET entrance exam is a national level exam conducted by the Indian Maritime University. The entrance exam allows the candidates to apply for admission into various UG & PG courses offered by the 5 campuses of the university. Those campuses are Cochin, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Vishakhapatnam. The application form for the entrance will be available on the official website of the university from the 1st week of April 2020.

The admit card for IMU CET 2021 will be released on the official website of the university. Those candidates who have registered themselves in the exam successfully will be able to download the admit card by logging in to the official website with their respective ID & password. The admit card is a mandatory object for the exam. No candidates will be allowed to appear in the without their admit card.

IMU CET 2021 Cut Off:

The cut off is the minimum mark required by the candidates to qualify the exam and be eligible for further admission procedure. The cut-off will be released after the release of the IMU CET 2021 Result is published. However, the cut off for IMU CET 2021 will vary as per the course as well as the campuses of the university. The cut off can be affected by a few major factors. These are,

IMU CET 2021 Counselling:

The counselling session for IMU CET 2021 will be conducted soon after the declaration of the IMU CET 2021 Result. The candidates will be shortlisted after the release of the result and cut off. The candidates will be intimated for the counselling session as per the shortlist. The candidates will have to bring the documents for the document verification process.

IMU CET 2021 Result:

The IMU CET 2021 result will be released by the authorities on the official website of IMU CET. The candidates appeared in the exam can check their result by logging in to the official website with their respective ID & Password. The result is expected to release on the 6th of June this year. Candidates clearing the IMU CET 2021 Cut-Off will be called for the Counseling process.

If any student wants to challenge the answer key then he/she can contact the organizing authority of the entrance examination

IMU CET 2021 Eligibility:

The candidates interested in the entrance exam are advised to go through the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. A candidate must qualify all the criteria to be eligible for the exam. In case of any mismatch, the application of the candidate will be terminated.
  • The candidate must be unmarried
  • The candidate must have applied for a passport before admission
  • Minimum age - 17 & Maximum age - 25 as on August 1, 2020
  • Candidates must have their medical fitness certificate approved by Director General of Shipping
  • Those who're applying for engineering must have Physics, English, Chemistry, and Mathematics as a compulsory subject with a minimum of 60% passing mark
