Xavier General Management Aptitude Test (XGMT) is an entrance exam for admission to various MBA and MBF programs of Xavier University, Bhubaneswar. XGMT 2021 Admit Card
The admit card of the XGMT exam is released by XUB on its official website after the end of the registration process on the due date. Th admit card is released in the month of January. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can download XGMT admit card 2021 by logging on to the official website with ID and password. The admit card will not be sent to candidates by courier or any other mode.

Candidates should carry the necessary documents to the examination hall without which they will not be allowed to appear the examination.
1. A Color Printout of the Admit Card
2. A Valid ID Proof such as Voter ID/Passport/PAN Card/Driving License/Aadhar Card
No electronics are allowed to the examination Hall.
XGMT Exam Day Guidelines:
1. Print the Admit card on an A4-size paper, preferably using a Laser Printer - Admit Card is valid only if the Candidate's photograph and signature images are legibly printed. A colour printout is mandatory.
2. Make necessary arrangements for travel, food, accommodation (if any) and any other expenses (including those on account of medical emergencies).
3. Before leaving for the Test Centre, Candidates are requested to verify and carry their original ID proof and the printed Admit card.
4. Use the Google map link embedded in the electronic version of the Admit card to locate the Test Centre. Identify the mode of transport and commute time at least a day before the Exam Day in order to reach the Test Centre on time on the day of the Exam.
5. Report at the Test center on the time mentioned in the admit card
6. Cooperate with Test Center staff during document Verification and Frisking.
7. Use the Reference Number printed on the Admit Card, to check the location of Exam Lab from the List displayed on the Notice Board at the Test Centre.
8. Return Writing Pad with all pages intact and Pen post completion of the Exam to the Invigilator.
9. Ask for any help required in the course of the Exam from Test Centre Invigilator present in the Exam Lab.
After the examinations, the results will be declared by the conducting authority within a few days on the official website. The candidate will be selected on a merit basis which is based on the cutoffs decided by various institutions for admission into their programs.

XGMT 2021 Exam Pattern
XUB releases the exam pattern every year in its notification. Candidates should check the pattern before preparation and devise a strategy to ace the exam. The exam consists of 4 sections which are Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning ( VA and LR), Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Data Interpretation (DI) and Emotional Quotient and General Awareness (EQ and GA). XGMT 2020 is conducted in two shifts i.e in the morning and evening. The exam is conducted only online. The XGMT 2021 to be held on January 31, 2021.

XGMT 2021 Paper Pattern
Below is the section-wise breakup of the total number of questions asked in the examination. A total of 110 questions is to be completed in 2 hours. The four sections during the test will appear in random sequence and there will be sectional time limits of 30-45 minutes, which means a candidate must complete a section in a given time. If a candidate finishes any section early, (s)he must wait for the next section to begin and can’t go back to a completed section.

XGMT 2021 Counseling
The Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar will conduct the counseling procedure for the candidates and those applicants are shortlisted in the merit list. The shortlisted candidate can schedule their counseling process on the official website. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the written ability test (WAT), personal interview(PI), and group discussion(GD). The admission will be done on the basis of the XGMT score and performance in WAT, PI, and GD.

The WAT Round & GD Round
In the WAT round, the candidate will be given around 1-2 mins to think about the topic asked. The GD and WAT round lasts approximately 8-10 minutes. The candidates are evaluated on various parameters such as body language, attitude, communication skills, etc. The GD and WAT topic is usually the same.
The Interview
This is the most crucial part of the selection procedure. The aspirant’s overall personality and confidence will be evaluated. Students must confidently answer questions related to their own academic area and work experience. Usually, there are 3-4 Panelists who take the interview and this round lasts about 15-20 minutes.

XGMT 2021 Answer Key
The answer key for XGMT 2021 will not be released by the conducting authority on the official website after the commencement of the exam.
XGMT 2021 Eligibility:
The minimum requirement for admission to the Program is a three-year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Candidates who expect to complete the final part of their degree examinations by June 15, 2021, can also apply. Offers of admission to such candidates, if made, will be provisional and will be automatically cancelled in the event of their failure to complete all the requirements for obtaining the degree before June 15, 2021.
Applicants are required to take any one of the Admission Tests:
a) XAT
b) CAT
c) GMAT taken in 2018 or 2019, or
d) X-GMT to be conducted by Xavier University, Bhubaneswar
Applicants opting for XAT/CAT have to follow XAT/CAT advertisements respectively and apply in time.
