The first day of the Delhi University Entrance Test or DUET showed a promising turnout in twenty-four cities where the exam was conducted. While the candidates were pretty satisfied with the sanitization arrangements made at the different centers, but some centers failed to practice it strictly.

DUET is conducted to admit students to 133 courses like MPhil, Ph.D., Postgraduate and undergraduate courses.
To be held between 6th and 11th September, the DUET exam will see participation from 2.20 lakh students.
The tests were conducted in three shifts throughout the country-8am to 10 am 12 noon to 2 pm, and 4 pm to 6 pm.
At least, 70 percent of students appeared on the first day of the DUET exam.
