The CAT 2020 entrance exan was held on 29th November , 2020 in three slots which is conducted by IIM(Indian Institute of Management) Indore. The CAT was held in 156 centres in India and around 2,27,835 candidates had appeared for CAT. During this pandemic Covid-19 taking various health measure and precaution CAT was conducted.
This year candidates had attempt 76 questions instead of 100 questions and duration of exam has been decreased from 60 minutes to 40 minutes. There are three sections in CAT entrance exam in which 26 questions is for Verbal and Reading Comprehension (VARC)-Slot 1, 24 questions for Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR)- Slot 2 and 26 questions for Quantitative Aptitude(Quant)-Slot 3.

According to candidates who had appeared for CAT 2020 entrance exam, questions in Slot is moderate but Slot 2 and Slot 3 questions are tougher. There is no negative marking for incorrect answer in the answersheet.
