All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national level law exam conducted every year by the Bar Council of India (BCI) to award the Certificate of Practice to the qualified law students.

AIBE 13 Syllabus:
The syllabus includes topics of Constitutional Law, Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Code of Civil Procedure, Evidence Act, Alternate Dispute Redressal Including Arbitration Act, Family Law, Administrative Law, Professional Ethics and Cases of Professional Misconduct under BCI Rules, Company Law, Environmental Law, Cyber Law, Labour and Industrial Laws, Law of Tort including Motor Vehicles Act and Consumer Protection Law, Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Property Laws, Negotiable Instrument Act, Public Interest Litigation, Law Related Taxation, Land Acquisition Act, Intellectual Property Law.
AIBE 13 Exam Pattern:
The exam is conducted through offline mode and the total duration of the exam is 3.5 hours. The question paper consists of 100 MCQs and the question paper will be in 11 languages- Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujrati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu.

The application fee for the General/OBC category is Rs. 3560 and for SC/ST is Rs. 2560.

AIBE 13 Eligibility:
- There is no age limit for AIBE exam.
- Candidates should be of Indian nationality.
- Candidates should have enrolled as an advocate with their State Bar Council.
