Those candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms will be able to get the admit card for the entrance exam. The Admit card for AIMA UGAT 2020 is expected to be released on the 2nd May 2020. The admit card will be available for the eligible students online on the official website of AIMA UGAT. Candidates can download their admit card through online mode only. The admit card for AIMA UGAT 2020 will be available from 2nd May 2020. Here is the process to download the admit card of AIMA UGAT 2020:

Here are the Steps:

1- Visit the official website
2- Use your UGAT Registration Form Number to access the admit card
3- Take a print out of the admit card
4- Once the admit card has been downloaded, the candidate needs to affix two photographs similar to that uploaded in application form attested by any Gazetted Officer or Head of the Institute / College (where the candidate is/was studying)

Discrepancy in AIMA UGAT Admit Card 2020:

In case there is any discrepancy in the details mentioned on MAT February Admit Card, the candidate should immediately contact the concerned authorities for a solution. If you do not alert the authorities before the examination, you might have to face a problem on the exam day.

You can contact the concerned authorities in the following cases:

1- If your name is misspelled in AIMA MAT Admit Card
2- If your PwD/DA status is incorrect in MAT hall ticket
3- If a different test city is allotted rather than the one filled during MAT Registration
4- If your photograph is not visible on admit card

Documents to carry with AIMA UGAT Admit Card 2020:

AIMA UGAT Admit is an important document throughout the admission process. Along with the admit card, you need to carry the below mentioned documents :

1- Valid Id proof (photocopy + original)
2- Those who have changed their name, must carry a poof for the same
3- Caste Certificate (for reserved candidates)
4- Passport sized photograph

Instructions on AIMA UGAT Admit Card 2020

Admit card is not just limited to the exam day. It is required throughout the different admission stages. The instructions mentioned on AIMA UGAT Admit Card need to be adhered by each candidate. The instructions mentioned are :

1- Candidate must not spoil or mutilate AIMA UGAT Admit Card
2- Candidate must not change any details made therein. For any changes in the information given on the admit card, contact the authority
3- Do not carry any wrong item or any other document except admit card at the exam center
4- Any altered, mutilated or invalid admit card will lead to the cancellation of the candidate’s candidature

Items not allowed inside the exam hall 

1- Mobile Phone, Bag, Handbag, Water Bottle, Papers, notes, books, calculator, electronic gadgets, correction marker, white fluid, etc.
2- It is clarified that, there shall be no arrangements at the test Centre for keeping the aforesaid items. If any item is lost, the Test Centre or AIMA will not be responsible for such loss. Candidates are, therefore, advised either not to carry the aforementioned items to the test centre or to make their own arrangements for keeping such items in safe custody at their sole risk. Any candidate found using or to be in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.
3- After the test is over, you have to hand over both the question booklet and the answer sheet to the invigilator. DO NOT carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the examination hall. Doing so is a punishable offence.
