SVNIRTAR CET 2021 Application Form

The SVNIRTAR CET Application Form will be available in offline mode and also on the official website on the official website of Swami Vivekanand National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (SVNIRTAR) as per the schedule.

Application Fee:

Online Application Process

• Go to the official website of SVNIRTAR
• Click on "Online Application Form"
• Register yourself by providing necessary details such as name, parent's name, address, contact information, etc.
• Your password will be created
• Use the credentials to log in and fill the application form
• Upload documents such as photo, full signature, left-hand thumb impression, and category certificate (if any)
• Make payment through the debit card/credit card/internet banking
• Click on "Submit" and take a print out of the confirmation page

Offline Application process

• Go to the official website of SVNIRTAR
• Download the application form
• Fill the application form
• Attach self-attested documents required
• Pay the fee through demand draft

Exam Centres
The candidates can opt any three centres as per their convenience. Normally the candidates are allotted the centre of the first choice; however, it can be changed at the discretion of the competent authority. The request for change of centres will not be considered.
