Admission Process
The admission process for the course study of Corporate and Commercial Law is based on the entrance test based admission mechanism as well as the merit-based selection which is based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the Under Graduate program. The procedure varies from college to college. This involves both the merit-based selection procedure and a common entrance test based admission process:
Some Universities / Colleges which conduct the common entrance test for admission into the LLM courses hence the students would have the application for such exams.
Students also have to qualify for these exams, so in order to get admission into the course. After the conduct of the test, the merit list is finally allowed with the seats so as the candidates take place and the candidate is asked to deposit the fee for the course and to register for the respective academic year.
