The normal selection process for MBA in HRM involves a written test, group discussion, and personal interview. Some institutes may conduct an essay writing test and/or General Aptitude Test. The General Aptitude Test is designed to test the aptitude of the candidate towards current social, economic and political issues. Academic Performance and Work Experience of a candidate is also considered while preparing the final list of candidates for admission to the program.
