Admission Process:

The admission process for the MBBS courses provided as based over the entrances of the respective institutions the student is interested in. The admission for the students for MBBS is based on the entrance basis. The other entrances examination which is held during the months of May-June, also after the declaration of the 10+2 results. On the basis of the merit prepared, the counselling for the respective students are held, at which the students are called for it. The marks or the score obtained in the entrance examination and of the qualifying 10+2 exam the admission is proceded ahead.

Syllabus and Courses

The syllabus and the courses for the respective MBBS courses are based over the span for 9 semesters which is four and a half year followed by a mandatory internship of a year. The syllabus is divided as Pre-Clinical, Para-clinical and Clinical. 

  • Semester 1-2 (Pre-clinical): Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology
    The sole purpose aiming is the basic knowledge to gain the basics and various structures in the body, the molecular organization of the cell and the functioning of the organs.
  • Semester 3-5 (Para-clinical): Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine, Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Clinical postings, OPDs.
    This field, the focus is mainly over the awareness of the medical practices involved in the crimes, understanding the infectious diseases. These topics cover the concepts of cell injury and its healing, understanding the principles of pharmacology involved.
  • Semester 6-9 (Clinical): Community medicine and allied subjects (Psychiatry, Dermatology), Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Surgery and allied subjects, Clinical postings.
    The field is based on the use of the anaesthesia, mainly to encourage the student to work effectively as a community physician, also diagnose and manage the common skin diseases acquire the skills for a general practitioner. The course field will also govern the common problems of the musculoskeletal system and its remedies
