The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2020 started today i.e. 6th January 2020. Today both the paper were for B.Arch and B.Planning which was conducted in online mode. A total of 11,18,673 candidates had applied for JEE Main 2020. Out of which 1,38,409 candidates appeared for B.Arch and 59,003 for the B.Planning exam. Today's B.Arch and B.Planning exams were carried out in 345 and 327 centres respectively.

General Analysis:
1. Mathematics section was the most difficult section according to students
2. The chemistry section was the easiest
3. Overall papers were easy to moderate
4. More questions were asked from class 12 syllabus rather than class 11
5. Most of the questions were NCERT based
