IIMC 2019 Entrance Exam, Key Points For Candidates

Indian Institute of Mass Communication whose conducting IIMC 2019 entrance examination. The examination was scheduled to be held in the offline mode on May 25 and 26. the duration of the examination is of two hours and is conducted from the timing slot of 9 am to 11 pm on both of the relevant some of the courses.  There are also candidates who carried their respective admit cards with the photo ID proof were allowed to appear the entrance exam. Also, there were goverened that no students were allowed to carry any kind of baggage with them, inside the examination center.



IIMC 2019 entrance examination is conducted for different of the postgraduates diploma programs in different languages. On the 25th of May, 2019 the examination is scheduled to be conducted for 
  • Odiya Journalism at the Dhenkanal Centre,
  • Marathi Journalism at Amravati Aurangabad and the Pune centers,
  • Malayalam Journalism at the Calicut and Kottayam centers,
  • Urdu Journalism at Bhopal, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jammu, Lucknow, Srinagar, Patna centers.

Candidates who have to appear the examination on May 26, will be appearing for the Hindi and the English Journalism, Radio & TV Journalism, Advertising and the Public Relations - 26 May 2019 (3 pm to 5 pm). The examination for the Radio and TV Journalism is scheduled from 12 pm to 2 pm,  while for the Advertising and of Public Relations is scheduled to be held from 3 pm to 5 pm.

Instruction to be followed at the IIMC Exam Centre 2019
  • The belongings of the relevant candidates are asked to leave outside of the examination center (hall), also the mobile phones aren't allowed inside the examination room.
  • Candidate reaching late 15 minutes after the examination center are not permitted inside the exam center, also the candidates inside are not allowed to leave the examination hall within 60minutes after the commencement of the examination.
  • Candidates must not exchange any of the articles inside the hall, without seeking any permission from the invigilators present inside.
  • Candidates are also not allowed to talk with each other in the middle of the examination.
  • Candidates should not remove any sheet also not tear anything or from the answer book.
  • Test takers will have to write their relevant roll numbers and are not allowed to write their names anywhere in the answer book allotted to the respective candidate.
  • After the completion of the exam when the students are asked to stop their writing, it is required to follow the instructions of the invigilators and as accordingly, and none of the candidates should take the answer book out of the examination hall.
