The institutes are provide highly proffesional training qualification for better career in digital multimedia and animation.

  • Birla Institute of Technology, Jaipur: Established in 1995, the main aim of this college is to provide good education in fields like management, engineering and technology. They also aim to provide innovative programs to the students. The institute offers three years B.SC. Degree in Animation and Multimedia, and two year Post Graduation Programme- M.Sc. Animation Design. For the B.sc degree, a candidate who has completed their class 12 exam with 50 percent marks can apply. The candidates will be selected after seeing their performance in Creative Aptitude Test and in interview. Fees for B.sc course is Rs 577000. For the M.Sc course, the candidate must have passed their Bachelors degree with 50 percent marks. A graduate in any stream who has scored 50 percent marks and has one year work experience can also apply. Candidates in their final year exams can also apply and if selected they can join provisionally. The total fees for the course is Rs 492,000.
  • Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai: This is a well known university located in Chennai and was established in 1984. It has received Grade A accredition by NAAC, The university offers B.Sc in Animation which is a full time course. The fees is 2-3 lakhs. TCS and Wipro recruits the most candidates from this university.
  • Vogue Institute of Fashion Technology, Bangalore : Established in 1996, the college has made its name as one of the top fashion designing colleges in the country. They provide training in such a way so that the students develop employable skills. They have a B.sc in Animation and Multimedia course which is of three years duration and is affiliated to the Mysore University. For getting admission in the course, one needs to have completed their class 12 board exams. 
  •  Arena Animation, Bangalore:This institute has made a name for them in the field of multimedia and animation. They provide the best courses in this field to the students and equip them with degrees helpful for their future. Depending on the course you select, the tuition fees will change. It usually range between Rs 50000 to Rs 4,00, 000. 
  • Westford Institute of Film Technology, Kerala: Based in Cochin, the film and animation institute started its journey in 2011. It offers courses in direction, photography, editing, scripting, animation and visual effects and so on. They offer a course –B.Sc in Animation and Film making. This is a three year full time course and you cna apply after completing your class 12 board exams. 
  • P.A. Inamdar College of Visual Effects, Design & Art,  Pune: The animation college received 2nd rank on all India basis by IPB due to their good education, placements and infrastructure. The institute is internationally acxlaimed for its different animation courses. The institute offers B.Sc in Media, Graphics and Animation. This is a full time course and one needs to have completed their class 12 board exams to apply for the course. They also offer MA in Animation Multimedia which is a two year course. The course fees is Rs 3,00, 000.               
  • Picasso Animation College, New Delhi: This is a renowned animation college with its headquarters in Delhi. They offer courses like B,Sc in Animation and VFX, B. Sc in Multimedia and Animation and M. Sc in Multimedia and Animation. For the B.sc degree, the candidate must have completed their class 12 board exams and for the Masters degree, they must have cleared the Bachelors degree.
  • Asian Academy of Film and Television, Noida: For the last 22 years, the institute has maintained their name in imparting education in fields like media, communication, animation, film studies, print, radio and so on. The institute offers one year diploma courses in animation and multimedia. It also offers B.Sc degree in Animation and Multimedia which are two years full time courses. They also offer two years full time Master Degree courses in Animation and Multimedia.
  • VELS University, Chennai: The NAAC accredited university located in Chennai offers B.Sc in Animation for the students. One has to complete their class 12 board exams to apply for this course. The tutition fees is Rs 75000.
  • Jain University, Bangalore: The deemed to be university offers B.sc in Animation with International Moving Image Society, UK. A candidate from any stream who have completed their class 12 board exams can apply for this course. Admission is done through jain Entrance Test (JET) conducted by the deemed to be university.
  • PAI-ILS, Maharashtra: This is a leading animation institute in Maharashtra. The institute offers diploma courses in 3D Animation, 3D Animation and VFX. One needs to complete their 10+2 exams to apply for the course. The 18 months course also has placement assistance for the candidates.
  • Bhagwant University, Rajasthan: This co-education private university is based in Ajmer, Rajasthan. They offer B.Sc and M.Sc in Animation courses to the students. For the B.Sc degree, the candidate must have passed their 10+2 exams. And for the M.Sc degree, they must have passed their Bachelors with 50 percent marks.
  • Bharath Postgraduate College, Chennai: This educational institution was started in 2000 to provide good quality education to the students.  They offer B.Sc in Multimedia and the tuition fees for the course are Rs 34500. This is a three years full time course. The tuition fees for the M.Sc course in Multimedia and Animation is Rs 20000. They also offer a Diploma in Animation which is a one year full time course and the tuition fees is Rs 7200.
