NTA Conducting Authority of the UGC NET 2020 has postponed the date of the examination until 24th September 2020. This has been done on the request of several candidates due to the common exam dates. The conducting authorities have notified that the exam will be conducted after 24th September 2020.
However, the exact schedule of the entrance has yet not been declared. The official new schedule will be notified on its official website (ugcnet.nta.nic.in) very shortly. Previously UGC NET 2020 was scheduled to be conducted on the date 16, 17, 22, and 23 September 2020. Candidates are advised to keep regular updates with the official website in order to not miss any kind of notification.

CSIR UGC NET is an entrance test conducted by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research. The entrance exam allows the candidates to apply for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) & Lectureship (LS). Conducted in two sessions, the exam focuses on Mathematical, Chemical and Physical, Life, and Earth science.
