CSIR UGC NET 2019 is been conducted now for the June session in offline mode today i.e June 16, 2019, by Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). This exam is being conducted at various centers in 27 different states across the country in two sessions - morning and afternoon.
Those of you who have your CSIR UGC NET 2019 admit card and any of the prescribed photo ID proofs - Aadhaar card, Voter ID card, PAN card, Driving License, Employee ID card, University/College ID card will only be allowed to appear in the test.

You are not allowed to carry a calculator, mobile phone, or any other electronic device inside the examination hall.
The result for CSIR UGC NET will be declared in the month of September/October 2019. According to the results, CSIR UGC NET candidates will be issued eligibility certificates and they will become eligible for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship. The fellowship to successful candidates will be effective from 1st January 2020 with the validity period of 2 years for joining the fellowship under CSIR UGC NET scheme.
