MHT CET 2020 Application Form Re-opened. Exam dates Announced

Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has re-opened the application form filling of MHT CET 2020 (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test ) on 26 May 2020 considering the requests of students and parents. Candidates can fill the application form till 1st June 2020. In a recent notification, the Test cell had announced all the exam dates of MHT CET which is given below. Candidates who will be applying freshly need to check the eligibility criteria before applying.

How to Apply to the MHT CET 2020 exam?

Registration
  • Go to the official website of MHT CET 2020 mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in
  • Click on"Registration" for new candidates
  • A dialogue box  of instructions appears, click on OK after reading
  • An OTP will be sent to either email ID/mobile number for verification
  • Fill in all the details such as Parent’s Email id, Parent’s Mobile No, Candidate’s First Name, Father or Husband's or Guardian’s Name,  Candidate’s Last name/Surname, Candidate Mother’s Name, Candidate’s DOB, Gender
  • Choose a password and login with the credentials for further process
  • Click on proceed
  • Fill all the personal, educational, work experience details
  • Enter the examination state of your preference
  • Click on "submit" 


Uploading Documents

Documents to be uploaded are photos of the applicant and the signature. The registration will be completed only after the following scanned documents have been uploaded. Each document specifications is prescribed by conducting authority that the applicant has to adhere to for the successful registration of the student for the examination

Photograph

  • The candidate should upload the recent scanned color photograph. The picture should be taken against a light/white background
  • The image should be only in JPG format
  • The file size of the photograph should be between 15 KB to 50 KB 

Signature

  • Signature should be between 5 KB to 20 KB per file.
  • The candidate himself/herself should sign (no capital letters) on a white paper with a black ink pen
  • The image should be only in JPG format


Payment 

Pay the application fee of Rs 800 (for General & Outside Maharashtra State candidates) and Rs. 600 (for SC/ST/OBC candidates)

MHT CET 2020 Eligibility:

  • The Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
  • There is no age limit to apply.
  • The candidates must have qualified class HSC/12th or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • The Candidates must have physics and mathematics as a compulsory subject along with one of the chemistry/biotechnology/biology/technical/vocational subjects.


MHT CET 2020 state level entrance exam is conducted by the Government of Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Test Cell. This exam is a gateway to get admission in Engineering, Pharmacy, and Pharm. D courses. It is also known as MHT CET, through which candidates can get admission in various government and private institutions of the state of Maharashtra.
