Admission Process
The admission process for Interior Design may vary from one to another. Some of the top colleges like NIFT and NID offer admission into the Interior Design course only after a candidate qualifies the given cut-off mark at a national level entrance examination. However, some institutes have their own entrance examination specialized for the course. The candidates who qualify the entrance exam with the passing marks will be called for the counseling process.
The Counselling process comprises two rounds i.e. Group discussion and personal interview. A few institutes only conduct the personal interview round. Candidates can apply for admission into the Interior Design course only after qualifying in the counseling rounds.
