Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur has announced that XAT 2019 exam will be held on 6th January 2019 with a changed exam pattern. And registration will start on Monday, August 20, 2018.
XAT is the second largest MBA/PGDM entrance exam after CAT. XLRI has been conducting XAT on behalf of XAMI for more than the last 60 years at All India level.

XAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Completed Minimum 3 Years Bachelor’s Degree or in the Final Year of Bachelor’s Degree
Age: No Age Restriction
XAT 2019 Exam Pattern:
XLRI has changed exam pattern for XAT 2019. XAT 2019 will be conducted without “Essay Writing Test” as a computer-based test. The test duration will also be for three hours instead of three and a half hours.
XAT Exam pattern will consist of 4 sections instead of earlier 5. The first 3 sections (Verbal and Logical Ability; Decision Making; Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation) with Multiple choice questions (MCQs) will determine your merit while in last 10 minutes you are supposed to solve the 25 GK questions.

The XAT 2019 score is accepted by more than 150 B-schools across the Indian sub-continent. The participating institutes are either Xavier Associate Management Institutes (XAMI) or Non-XAMI. Last year, the number of XAMI institutes was 11 and number of non-XAMI institutes was 145.
