The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is all set conduct the Combined Defence Services (CDS) exam 2019 on February 3. The test will be held at 41 centers across the country.
UPSC CDS I Admit Cards 2019:
The UPSC has released the CDS (Combined Defence Services) Examination I, 2019 admit cards. All the candidates appearing for the UPSC CDS I Exam 2019 can download the admit cards from the official website, the link for which is upsc.gov.in
UPSC CDS Admit card: Process to download.
· Log on to the official website, upsc.gov.in
· Under 'What's new' section on the home page, click on the link 'e-Admit Card - CDS Examination (I) 2019'
· On the new page, click on the 'download section'
· Enter either your registration id or roll number
· On submitting the same, the admit cards will be displayed on the screen
· Download it and take print out of the same.
Note: "No candidate will ordinarily be allowed to take the examination unless he/she holds an e-Admit Card for the examination. On downloading of Admit Card, check it carefully and bring discrepancies/errors, if any, to the notice of UPSC immediately," the commission said.
UPSC CDS (I) Exam 2019: Important instructions:
"Candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones/ pagers/ Bluetooth or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination as arrangements for safekeeping cannot be assured," the official notice read. "Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard."
For both writing and marking answers in the OMR sheet (Answer Sheet) candidates must use black ball pen only Pens with any other color are prohibited. Do not use pencil or ink pen
Candidates should note that any omission/mistake/discrepancy in encoding/filling of details in the OMR answer sheet especially with regard to Roll Number and Test Booklet Series Code will render the answer sheet liable for rejection
Candidates are further advised to read carefully the "Special Instructions" contained in Appendix-III of the Notice.
