All schools and Colleges in Pune, Maharastra will remain closed on 31st March due to raising COVID 19 cases. The city has imposed a night curfew which will start from 11 pm to 6 am to reduce the spread of covid cases. Earlier in the day, the authorities imposed to close the schools and colleges till 14th March, but on Thursday suddenly 2840 new covid cases have been reported in Pune. So the authority has been extended the timing.
School and Colleges in Pune remain closed but online classes are being conducted. The govt has not decided about the cancellation of the Board exam. MPSC, UPSC coaching classes, and libraries will remain functional at 50% capacity. In Akola, the administrative authority has announced a complete lockdown from today evening 8 pm till 8 am on Monday. Also in Nagpur, the administrative authority has imposed lockdown from 15th to 18th March.
