The skills required for the candidate for the Agricultural field are :
- Analytical Skills: Agricultural Engineers must understand and analyze the needs of the complex systems which involves the workers, the crops, animals, equipment and the environment.
- Communication Skills: The agricultural engineers must understand the needs of the relevant workers, clients, and the other working over the project. It is also required to communicate the relevant thoughts about the systems and about the solutions to any of the problems they have been working on.
- Math Skills: The agricultural engineers use the disciplines of calculus, trigonometry and other advanced mathematical for the analysis, design and the troubleshooting for the relevant project.
- Problem-solving skills: The agricultural engineers' sole problem is to look after and solve the problems found in the agricultural production, where the goals to the agricultural production are based creatively to the principles of engineering.
