The Uttaranchal University has a corporate relation and placement center that organized placement process for their students. The placement cell is engaged in career services and encouraging students of the University and assisting them in every stage of their career. The Corporate Resource Cell, arranging internships/industrial training and finally getting them placed in top organizations. The Placement Cell invites Guest lectures from the industry to expand the professional horizon of the students. The placement cell also organizing various academic activities like Workshops, Seminars, Conferences. They also organized Career Guidance, Personality Development Seminars, Workshops, and Guest Lectures to enhance the performance of the students. 

Uttaranchal University provides separate on-campus hostels with attached Mess for boys and girls. The hostel has a single room, double room, three beds, and four bedrooms with a well-furnished mattress, study table, chair, cupboard, and curtains. 24×7 electricity, internet connectivity through Wi-Fi, security, and state-of-the-art plumbing are also provided by the hostel. Hostels are spruced up with all the basic amenities and provide a pollution-free environment. The hostel also provides laundry service, fast aid facility, ambulance service, ATM service, cafeteria, and restaurant.
