The University offers around 78 postgraduate courses, 76 Ph.D. programs, 34 post graduate Diploma courses and 88 undergraduate courses with an option of 347 programs in 92 subjects, the undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated and doctoral programs are offered in a wide range of subjects and specializations like Arts, Commerce, Education & Psychology, Family & Community Sciences, Fine Arts, Journalism & Communication, Law, Management Studies, Medicine, Performing Arts, Science, Social Work, Technology & Engineering, Pharmaceutical Studies.The admission procedure at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda is as diverse as its range of offerings. For admission to some of the programs, it conducts Entrance Tests, Personal Interviews and Counselling rounds; for some courses, Merit of the candidates in the previous qualifying examination is considered. However, admission will be strictly based on Merit of the candidates.A relaxation of 5% marks in the eligibility criteria, will be considered for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories.
