The Placement cell is proficiently working for building industry-institution interaction and corporate relationship, to bring forth numerous avenues for the students’ work life. The Placement Cell, with the support of Career Guidance Cell, is not only facilitating Placement but also provide training for the students. The career guidance classes that have been included in the curriculum of every discipline caters to the students’ personality development, personal grooming and aptitude building thereby making the students industry-ready. Also, the final year students are taken to SRM University, Chennai, for a Campus Exchange program for a month, where they are given the opportunity to attend campus placement. The Placement cell, SRM University Sikkim in collaboration with the Placement Cell in Chennai help our students to take this facility. Their endeavour to collaborate with leading corporate houses and other universities of repute have brought results by placing some of our final year students in companies like Mercedes-Benz, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Ltd, Quadrant 4, Vernalis, Hiranandhini, FRHS, Micro Labs, RR Donnelley, Radisson, Zouse, Religare Securities Ltd, India Bulls, Net Access India Ltd, Ramada Plaza, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, Thomson Digital, SIBin Group and SRM University, Sikkim.
