School of Insurance Studies National Law University Jodhapur

The National Law University was established by National Law University Jodhpur, Act, 1999 (Act No. 22 of 1999), passed by the State of Rajasthan. This University is the first of its kind in the country where study of law is coupled with other disciplines such as Science, Management Science and Policy Sciences. It offers both undergraduate and post graduate courses in Law, Management and Insurance. The admissions are through entrance examinations conducted at national level. Center for Insurance Studies and Research was proactively established in the year 2000 with clear commitment of producing qualified manpower for the Insurance industry integrating insurance knowledge with soft skills of management. After rendering yeomen services in the field of formal Insurance education for 8 years, it has been now upgraded into an Integrated "School of Insurance Studies".We proudly acclaim the concept of formal integrated Post-Graduate Degree programme in Insurance in our country. The School is equipped to cater to the professional education of students meeting the high standards of human resource requirements of the Life and Non Life insurance industry. Our students have been very well accepted by the industry. The feedback from the industry has been highly satisfactory. In respect of the outgoing batches it has been found that the students have created a niche for themselves in their work places.
