RMK Engineering College

RMK Engineering college has a Department of training and placement cell which is headed by Dr. K.K.Sivagnana Prabhu. This placement cell interacts with reputed organizations all over the country for conducting campus interviews for the placement of final year students. They provide plant training for their students to enhance their technical ability. The department visits every year to all reputed companies to know the details of the companies activities to enhances the capability of the students through regular training programs.

The college also provides separate boys and girls hostel to their students. The college provides around 1000 boys students accommodation facilities and around 400 girls students accommodation facilities. The boy's hostel has 96 rooms and the girls' hostel has 36 rooms. The boy's hostel provides a separate library, reading room, shuttle courts, and a shop facility.  The girl's hostel provides Shuttle courts, Table tennis, and a shop facility. The college also provides Dining and health care facilities to their hostel students.
