The National Institute of Technology(NIT) was established in 2010 in Goa. It is a premier technical Institute and also an autonomous institute. The Institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various disciplines. The admission to the University is based on the basis of some national-level entrance exams. The Institution has achieved the 77th position in the NIRF ranking. The Institute has a Training and Placement cell that conducts various placement programs by inviting top recruiting companies. Most of the students have got placed in a reputed organization in a good position with highest packaged salary.
