Netaji Subhash Engineering College (NSEC), Kolkata was established in 1998 has been playing a distinct role in the field of Engineering education. NSEC has been approved by All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to the West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). The main aim is to contribute to the enrichment of the society through technological educations, innovative research, meeting aspirations of the society in conformity with tradition, culture and heritage and eventually from an Institute of excellence. The main aim of NSEC is to strive for new knowledge is central to its mission. Their mission is to continuously improve quality of technical education imparted to the students and to contribute to the growth of technical education in the state, to promote research and development work in science and technology, to contribute to the socio-economic development of the society through excellence in technical education and to become a leader of technical education in the region.
