The college does provide placement opportunities to students and the overall percentage of students getting a job every year is more than 85%. Even 6 pointer students get good jobs by the campus placements. However, it does not mean that marks do not matter. Those who get the highest marks also get very high salary packages. Companies like ITC, Nestle, Dabur, Tasty bite, Parke, Pepsico and many more come every year to hire the best minds from NIFTEM. In some years, the campus placement results were even 100%, employing all the students of the batch. That is why, the placement cell every year tries to train every student to crack the interview rounds and get a decent job.

The hostel facilities of NIFTEM are very good. There is a fan, table, mirror, almirah, chair and beds for every student. There is Wi Fi connection, TV room, indoor sporting room, badminton court and a reading room. The library is close to the hostels and so the students can go there any time and rent books. Living in hotel is compulsory for all students. Hostels are very safe and the students get water supply and electricity 24.7. The rooms are big and furnished and the hygiene of the students are highly maintained. The food that gets served is very nutritious and that is why the students love living in the hostel.
